Position Overview & Specifications
VINCI have an exciting opportunity to join their HR team as a HR Advisor where you will provide first line support to VINCI Facilities Managers and Employees on all employee and life cycle queries.
Ensuring VINCI processes and policies are adhered to, whilst navigating the commercial needs of the business. Always putting employee and client satisfaction to the forefront of everything we do and assisting the HRBP’s to provide a partnership to the Directors and Senior Managers.
Responsibilities
Ensure appropriate HR governance is in place in relation to all employment issues, ensuring compliance at all times with company policy and statutory legislation.
- Coordinate employee communication both verbal and written supporting the HR Admin and Payroll departments
- Assist with running sector/operational reports in preparation for operation meetings and HR meetings
- Support HR Admin with new starter, onboarding and exit process, coordinate with operations to ensure a smooth process
- Action and respond to queries in conjunction with HR department timescales
- Support line managers with general advice, ensuring all advice complies with legislation and is in line with company policies and processes
- Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems as part of the wider HR team
- Work with HR Business Partners on operational requirements.
Essential Qualifications/Skills
Experience of working in a multi contract fast paced environment managing a varied and high volume case load
- Ability to work well under pressure and multi task
- A proactive and positive approach
- Solid Employment knowledge
- Experience of first line support for employment law matters
- Able to travel when required
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £32,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
