Retail worker

Our Sweet shop is seeking someone who can easily engage customers in conversation in a friendly and confident manner. Our ideal Sales Associate will have previous retail experience, a friendly and outgoing personality, and an eagerness to learn about new products and trends. We are hoping to hire someone who is flexible, available to work during the week and can understand the seasonal aspect of the job as the hours increase during the summer months. Responsibilities:

• Offer customers the best products available, and help them find what they want.
• Provide the best service possible to customers.
• Help customers make informed buying decisions.
• Demonstrate how to use, operate, and maintain products.
• Respond to customer complaints and resolve all issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Use effective interpersonal skills with customers.
• Be responsible to open and close the business.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: £8.00-£11.00 per hour
