Tender Planner

As a Tender Planner, you'll be responsible for planning out schemes and bids to maximise success for both our customers and our company. You'll work closely with stakeholders across the business to identify potential opportunities and alternative methodologies that add value and give us an edge in competitive tenders. With your expertise in planning and programming, your contributions to the team's understanding of key project risks will be invaluable in developing solutions that enable these risks to be removed, mitigated, or managed.

This is a remote position, but we believe in the power of collaboration and teamwork. You'll meet up with the team regularly, and there will be travel involved to meet with clients all over the UK, mostly in Central England.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Experience in planning and programming,
• Understanding of highways projects,
• NEC contracting knowledge,
• Planning software experience.

You'll also need to have excellent communication and IT skills, be detail-oriented and organised, and have the ability to make a strong case to colleagues and customers alike.
