Gardener

We are looking for an experienced gardener to join our small team. We work in prestige gardens in and around Bath completing regular maintenance throughout the year. The role is part-time with some flexibility.

The applicant should have good plant and gardening knowledge and be able to show real experience in a comparable role. We work in small teams which allows us to share knowledge so there is the chance to improve your skills.

• Good plant knowledge and understanding of correct horticultural practice
• The type of work may include flowerbed maintenance (weeding and pruning) and planting, trimming hedges and mowing.
• Good work ethic – reliable, punctual, hard working and able to work in all types of weather
• Good team member
• Well presented with good communication skills
• Clean UK driving licence an advantage

Pay is dependent on experience and skills but compares favorably with other companies.
