What you will be doing

You will part of a team that are responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and presentation throughout our carparks and offices. You will be required to report any damages or faults within the carparks and may be required to carry out small repairs. In addition, you may be required to carry out some basic landscaping around the perimeters of the carparks as well. You will be required to work 24 hours per week, primarily Friday - Sunday (including Bank Holidays).

What you will need

Experience in working in a facilities role and an understanding of COSHH would be advantageous, but not necessary as full training will be provided.

You must enjoy dealing with people, be friendly polite, and willing to offer support, advice and assistance to colleagues and customers.

A full driver's license would be advantageous but not essential.
