The Successful candidate would be leading a team of support Administrators, who mange the ESR system.
Hours are for 22.5 hours per week Monday to Friday (Currently hours are worked over 3 days)
A very varied role to support the ESR Systems Manager with the operational management and development of the Electronic Staff Record system (ESR) with an understanding of other HR and IT related systems which integrate with ESR to maximise efficiencies.
To ensure ESR data is input and processed in line with statutory guidelines, Trust policies and procedures and completed accurately and timely, always maintaining excellent standard of data confidentiality.
Providing specialist support and help to the users of the ESR system.
To be responsible to produce a range of standard and non-standard complex reports.
Work collaboratively with colleagues in Human Resources, Learning and Development, Finance, Health Informatics and Operational colleagues to support the continued development and integration of data across systems whilst working within legislation, Trust policies and complying with Trust strategies.

A lot of varied roles but deputise for the ESR Systems Manager for attendance at various meetings.
To ensure that team supervisions, 1:1 meetings and appraisals and development plans are in place with realistic objectives set in line with Trust strategies.
To ensure system updates and downtime are communicated in an effective, efficient and timely manner and maintain the ESR intranet site.
Undertake a range of annual, monthly, weekly, and daily audits to ensure the integrity of the system and its users.
Provide telephone and face to face support for all ESR users.
