Notebook Therapy is a passionate, young and fully remote team creating amazing Japanese inspired stationery. We are looking for a Full-Time Ecommerce Executive to help us bring our stationery designs + ideas to life.
This is a perfect role for a new starter looking to join a small passionate team, work closely with our Operations and Creative team to help make our designs a reality.
This role covers a variety of responsibilities including web management, customer service and supply chain support, and some data management. If you are proactive, organised, and have a passion for stationery we would love to hear from you!
Responsibilities include:
- Website Management - set up web pages for new launches and sale events and general updates
- Prepare photo specs for web content, plan photoshoots with photographer, edit photos and prepare for web upload
- Work with the Customer Services team to provide information + solutions for operational issues
- Assist product developers on finding new suppliers and act as a bridge of communication between product developers and suppliers
- Work closely with product developers and supply chain coordinator to assist them in getting quotes, placing product orders and checking inspection reports
- Prepare monthly data reports such as sales, expenses and support team metrics
- Process invoices and track spending on operation platforms
Skills
- High degree of accuracy with attention to detail
- Strong organisation skills
- Ability to manage time well, prioritise tasks and meet tight deadlines
- Some knowledge of photo editing software (e.g. Photoshop)
- Good communication skills both verbal and written in English and Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese)
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a small team
- Analytical and logical approach to problem solving
Experience
- E-commerce or website management is preferred but not essential
- Working with manufacturers and/or supply chain is preferred but not essential
