Packer

We are looking for enthusiastic packer to support our client on a long term temporary assignment, based in the Chadderton area. This role is will commence in Mid-March.

This location is 15 minute walk away from Moston Train Station, a 5 minute walk from the tram and is easily accessible on the bus/driving.

The days of work for a Packer will be:

• Monday to Thursday
• 7:30am to 6pm, 40 hour week

Duties of a Packer are:

• To assist in the automated production line of hygiene products
• Packing products efficiently and correctly into boxes
• Placing boxes onto pallets neatly
• Shrink wrapping pallets ready for storage/shipping
• Work in a fast paced environment
• Quality checking products and reporting any deficiencies

Person specification

• A good level of physical fitness to be able to work standing for the duration of their shift
• Good communication skills
• Computer literate
• Previous packing experience is ideal
• A can do attitude and hardworking nature

Rate of pay is £9.60 per hour
