IT / Social Media / Office Admin

This role is varied and interesting and will require you to work in all areas of a growing business, from website updates to marketing to front house data systems and everything in between, with support from the sales staff, Training will be provided, this role is as suitable for a keen enthusiast in IT as it is for experienced office Manager
In no time at all, you will be optimising content for SEO using many different apps and software packages to manage workload such as click up, adobe suit, google suit, Microsoft, chat bots and more Creating and maintaining a website using YooTheme Page Builder and Jooma modules.
Using tools like Click Up, VikBooking, Joomla and other 3rd party software to effectively maintain the back and front-end of a business. Using a custom in house CRM client and database. Analysing and utilising spreadsheet data. Using Google tools like Search Console, Analytics, Admin Console, Workspace and MyBusiness. Running audits, creating reports and managing co-workers to work together as a team on areas that need improvement.
Utilising many 3rd party applications to use to our advantage. Automating processes to make work more efficient. Setting up and connecting to SMTP servers such as Google or Amazon.
Using open-source software and customising it to achieve an objective. Using 3rd party apps in conjunction with automation to streamline customer interaction.
Who are we Looking for -
If you can use a smartphone, configure apps, find your way around a website, are interested in-app and addons for your electronics or just excel at workarounds for gaming you are probably our ideal applicant. Someone with a passion for computing, problem solvers that are able to think on their feet and that often have new and imaginative ways of getting the job done. Someone that wants the opportunity to manage an office ad all its workload taking notes and write up an action plan of execution and ultimately show that they can manage small projects independently.
About Us - We are a small family run holiday venue with big aspirations here on the Norfolk Coast, we provide a range of accommodation types from cottages to camping, all in an idyllic location right by the beach in Heacham. We are a small team that works hard to provide the best experience possible for our guests, and you will be an integral part of that team.
Where are We - We are a busy holiday venue located next to Heacham South Beach just outside the seaside town of Hunstanton. Your own transportation would be ideal but there are good transport links from Kings Lynn and the Coastal Villages via bus.

The hours can be flexible to work around your current commitments and or education.
