THE ROLE*
As Security Officer you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of all our guests. colleagues and building whilst on the premises. You will also be responsible for overseeing legislation and health and safety on a day to day basis. Your tasks as Security Officer will include but will not be limited to:

• Ensuring the safety, security and wellbeing of all colleagues, guests and the building as paramount.
• Assist where appropriate with investigations that need to be conducted.
• Secure premises by patrolling our hotel and surrounding areas; monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points.
• Respond to emergencies and provide necessary assistance to employees and customers
• Complete incident reports in order to keep an accurate record of any event or situation that may arise.
• Assist and notify management, law enforcement and government agencies or any other appropriate individual in the event of an accident or incident.
• To be aware of any VIP guests staying with us during your shift and any additional necessary security measures taken into account accordingly.
• To be an ambassador for Nobu as well as someone who embodies our values and commitment to our teams.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a security officer within the luxury hotel or property market.
• Hold emergency first aid certification.
• SIA licensed
• Security control room experience
• Good knowledge of HS, fire safety, and Security Operations Procedures
