3 shifts rotating Mon-Fri: 6.00am-2,15pm / 2.00pm-10.15pm / 10pm-6.15am.

Overtime is available, paid at standard 1.5 and 2 x hourly rate

Niko Coatings are a family-owned manufacturing company based in Bradford. We are currently searching for an apprentice trained Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer to join the team.

We are undergoing a substantial change within the engineering department here at Niko. While the main purpose of this role will be to cover reactive, corrective, and planned maintenance, there’s 5S and other focused improvements going on around the site. There is an opportunity to make a significant difference to the site and really develop yourself.

The successful engineer has a fantastic opportunity to join a growing business. We are willing to take someone who is just electrical or mechanical as long as they have the right attributes; keen and enthusiastic, although multiskilled would be preferential. There is training on offer to bring the right persons skill set up to the next level.

1. £18.00ph at 41.25 hours per week plus a £2.16ph shift allowance on nights only

2. Monthly bonus scheme between £1k & £3.5k P.A

3. £50K death in service payment

4. 4% employers contributory pension plus 4% employee

5. 20 Days holiday a year plus 8 Days statuary holidays

6. Workwear & laundry service provided plus boots

· Periodic overtime

· 3 Shifts rotating

· Elec/mech willing to cross train in the basics

· Welding MIG/TIG willing to learn

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £38,610.00-£40,154.00 per year
