Decontamination Maintenance / Test Technician

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Decontamination Maintenance / Test Technician to join our existing dedicated team.

This position offers a key opportunity to develop your role within the new Sterile Service department, which is due to open autumn 2023.

You will be required to carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance, provide efficient response times to breakdown repairs as well as routine testing of all Washer Disinfectors, Endoscope Washer Disinfectors and drying cabinets, Sterilisers and all associated equipment to SHTM standards.

You must be HNC qualified as a time served electrical / mechanical engineer or similar NHS recognised qualification

Flexibility in this role will be essential in order to meet future planned service expansions.
