Band/Pay rate: Band 2 - £10.42 per hour plus enhanced pay for weekends and bank holidays

Contract: (Temporary role)

Rota: Monday - Friday

Hours: 10 hrs per week (2 hrs per day, 17:00 – 19:00 – flexible)

Can you bring your housekeeping skills to a hospital environment? Do you have strong customer service skills and enjoy working in a team?

What you’ll be responsible for:

• General cleaning duties within various areas of the building
• Working as part of the catering team which plates up all the patients’ meals for mealtime.
• Washing the returning food trolleys, crockery, and cutlery.
• Following the trust protocol to clean bathrooms, kitchens, and bedrooms.
• Any general cleaning that is needed.

You’ll learn the following whilst working at the trust:

• An in depth understanding of the roles and responsibilities involved in working within the NHS.
• A sense of teamwork, gained through working alongside and supporting colleagues from all levels, within the organisation.

You’ll have the following skills/experience:

• Experience in a similar role
• Food Safety L2 (desirable)
