Sales Coordinator

• Support the Store Management team across all product areas, back of house and running the store and managing teams when needed, with store key holder responsibilities
• Demonstrate a hands-on approach for all operational activities, supporting the sales floors and store management team when needed and have a flexible approach to your working hours and adapting to change
• Keep the sales floor well stocked with beautifully presented products, in an environment which is commercial, operationally efficient and safe
• Create an atmosphere where supporting and motivating a successful team to be at their best is at the core of everything you do
• Lead by example and demonstrate Company values all of the time

This role is not one we would typically consider for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route due to, for example, the relevant Home Office requirements on skills level, not being met. Candidates are therefore encouraged to consider their own right to work options without Next sponsorship
