Information Technology Analyst
New Chapter are delighted to be partnered with a Corporate PR Firm to find their next IT Analyst. Our client is a leading strategic communication consultancy operating in the main business hubs around the world.
The IT Analyst will provide on-site technical support for the London office, as well as remote service desk support to offices in EMEA an APAC. The successful candidate will provide high end 1st and 2nd line support and maintain the highest level of IT support in a timely and professional manner.
The successful candidate will also complete projects and tasks set in Global IT meetings and track, maintain and document all IT support calls and ensure user problems are handed in a timely manner.
If you have 2+ years of relevant experience, have workstation hardware knowledge and are able to use sound judgement in dealing with highly confidential information, please apply today!
Salary – £45,000 + benefits
