It involves deep collaboration with stakeholders to prioritize projects, analyze trade-offs, and maintain a clear, prioritized backlog. Facilitates project kick-offs, ensures engineering documentation aligns with requirements, and monitors telemetry to inform recommendations. With strong organizational awareness, they track progress, identify blockers, and escalate issues as needed, while helping shape product strategy and maintaining trusted relationships across engineering leadership.</p> <p class="isSelectedEnd">This role can be based in either our London, Bath or Manchester offices, but you'll have hybrid and flexible working options.</p> <h2>Day to Day, This Is What You'll Be Doing</h2> <ul data-spread="false"> <li>Collaborating with stakeholders to collect feedback and gather and prioritise product requirements.</li> <li>Work closely with Engineering to ensure successful roadmap execution while building alignment and support for key initiatives across technical and business stakeholders.</li> <li>Using analytics and user research, measures the success of feature releases and help inform future development decisions.</li> <li>Collaborating with Marketing to create effective go-to-market strategies and materials.</li> <li>Supporting sales efforts through product knowledge and participation in customer discussions.</li> <li>Collaborating with UX/UI teams to help build and deliver an outstanding customer experience.</li> </ul> <h2>To Be Successful, You'll Need</h2> <ul data-spread="false"> <li>Previous proven experience as a Product Manager in a B2B SaaS setting.</li> <li>Exceptional communication skills; ability to clearly articulate what is being built and why, and engage effectively with all relevant stakeholders.</li> <li>Demonstrable experience of successful decision making and product/feature launches.</li> <li>Experience of designing and implementing a product management process and using that process to develop products/features from ideation to delivery across cross-functional teams.</li> <li>Proven ability to respond to and prioritise changing needs effectively.</li> <li>Demonstrable ability to manage multiple concurrent projects/tasks and deliver on time to a high standard.</li> <li>A strong understanding of software development.</li> <li>Good data analysis skills, gathering meaningful insights from service analytics and stakeholders.</li> <li>Experience working in cybersecurity preferred.</li> <li>Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.</li> <li>Experience leveraging modern product management platforms and AI-powered tools to enhance productivity, decision-making, and execution.</li> </ul> <h2>The Reward Package</h2> <ul data-spread="false"> <li>33 days annual leave - includes public holidays which can be worked if you prefer.</li> <li>Generous enhanced family leave and pay.</li> <li>Enhanced Sick Pay from day 1, rising to 12 weeks full pay after 6 months.</li> <li>Salary sacrifice pension with matched employer contributions up to 5% + NI savings.</li> <li>Private health cover, including access to a private GP service.</li> <li>Life Assurance at 4 x salary.</li> <li>Equity tracking scheme (eligibility criteria apply) - allowing you share in Netcraft's long term success.</li> <li>Hybrid and flexible working options.</li> <li>Meals, snacks, and drinks provided in the office.</li> <li>Comprehensive health, safety, and wellness service available 24/7 for you and your family.</li> <li>Two paid Learning &amp; Development days per year plus access to learning resources such as Udemy and Coursera to support your career.</li> <li>Two Volunteering Days per year, to allow you to contribute to your wider community or charity.</li> <li>Employee Referral Bonus scheme.</li> <li>Spot reward bonus scheme to reward truly outstanding contributions.</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><p></p> <p><strong>Diversity, Equity &amp; Inclusion&nbsp;</strong></p> <p>This is deeply important to us.
