Sanctions and Payment Screening Analyst, Fircosoft, Banking, £50k

A leading bank in London is seeking a Sanctions Monitoring Analyst to maintain AML Client Payment Filtering processes. This bank is very much on the front-foot, with expansion and growth across all areas of the business. This is a great chance to join the growing AML team.

Key Duties

• Perform day to day processing relating to payment screening
• Conducting day to day surveillance and monitoring duties.
• Identifying problems and weaknesses from monitoring activities.
• Perform screening filter reviews including name matching, rule reviews and filter efficiency

Key Skills

• Experience using client screening/payment filter software such as Fircosoft (or similar).
• Experience creating Sanctions and PEP lists
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Degree or equivalent relevant qualifications
• High level of computer literacy and skills in data manipulation / presentation
• Language skills are an asset, Japanese speaker preferred (desirable)
