Department Charge Hand

Naturalight Systems are a Northumberland based Rooflight and Structural Glazing manufacture looking for a energetic charge hand to run our Rooflight Department. The successful candidate will report directly to the production manager.

Key Objectives for the role:

• Ensure production targets are met whilst maintaining company quality standards, with performance reported weekly
• Ensure timely completion of all production paperwork
• Ensure health and safety procedures are followed at all times

The successful candidate must demonstrate

• Hands on approach
• Positive attitude with a hunger and desire to develop own skills
• Flexibility towards overtime as and when required
• Ability to motivate team

Monday-Thursday 08:00-17:00 , Friday 08:00-15:00

Rate £12.83 per hour plus daily differential payment

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From £12.83 per hour

• Monday to Friday
• Overtime

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Bedlington: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:

• A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

• customer service (preferred)
