Chargehand/Supervisor

Naturalight Systems are a Rooflight and Structural Glazing Manufacturer who are looking for a Energetic individual to Run the Rooflight Department. The successful Candidate with report directly to the production manger and will be responsible for a small team.

key Objectives:

• Ensure Production targets are met whilst maintaining company quality standards
• Ensure completion of production paperwork.
• Motivate and improve teamwork within your department.

The successful candidate must demonstrate:

• Hands on approach
• Excellent organisational skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• A desire to develop professionally within the company.
• Flexibility towards overtime as and when it's required

Previous experience within Rooflight sector advantageous but not essential as product training can be given.

Hours of work: Mon-Thu 8am-17:00, Friday 8am-15:00

Rate:£12.83 per Hour plus Daily differential pay
