Nationwide recruitment service has an exciting new role for a product owner to work within an innovation team supporting a transition to a client-centric product-based agile scrum business.

The Product Owner role has existing features within call applications to meet market client and competitive requirements. The role will focus on continuing to drive the business towards an industry-standard agile scrum approach.

The role responsibility will include backlog management ensuring the items on the backlog a clear and visible to all stakeholders and the development team

Communication to ensure that stakeholders are aware of the backlog and road map including any new releases you will be responsible for collecting feedback from clients competition in the market

Agile Scrum ceremonies and artefacts ensuring identification and documentation of an articulation of user stories journey flows and acceptance criteria to enable the successful delivery of features and a periodic release deployment

The Product Owner will work with the Scrum Team and Agile team as well as the Organisation to build a strong relationship with the scrum master development team.

Champion an Agile approach to the development of new features, learning through automated testing and determining the most appropriate MVP (Minimum viable product) and roll-out key improvements.

Ensure there is a common understanding of how Product based approaches can be leveraged and implemented at an enterprise level across the business and underpin this with appropriate coaching/training to facilitate successful cultural habits

R&D activities to ensure that the company's applications remain contemporary including PoC processes.

Agile, Scrum, Product owner scrum master, stakeholder

Bachelor's degree, IT or business related

Experience within an Agile and/or Product Environment.

Strong technical acumen to help to support sprint planning and any pre-planning sessions
