SIA Door Supervisors

The National Ice Centre and Motorpoint Arena Nottingham are looking to recruit casual SIA Door Supervisors.

Delivering a variety of stewarding tasks, the SIA Door Supervisor will ensure the highest standards of safety and service to our customers.

Our SIA Door Supervisor will act as the first point of contact for our customers on an event night and support the Head of Security & Stewarding and wider Event Team in the resolution of operational issues.

Following and keeping up to date with the codes of practice for our venue, the SIA Door Supervisor will ensure safe working procedures and risk assessments are in place to ensure the safety of our staff and customers.

Having worked within a similar role, you will hold a valid SIA Door Supervisor licence. Knowledge of the events that take place at our venue would be an advantage.

Experience of dealing successfully with difficult customers, including challenging situations and ejections, you will have the ability to adapt quickly to a changing environment. A team player, you will have exceptional communication and customer service skills.

Due to the nature of our venue, you will be flexible in your approach to work, with ability to work regularly during the evenings or weekends.
