Expert Reviews helps consumers buy with confidence. We bring together experts in every field to review everything from lawn mowers and TVs to broadband and phone contracts. Whether we're running battery tests, comparing the crispiness of air-fried chips or trying to find the best possible deals, we work hard to bring our readers buying advice they can trust.
As a home writer, you will be responsible for creating product reviews and buying guides to a high editorial standard. This will involve in-depth product testing and writing reviews, especially around home appliances. You will need top-quality research skills, a discerning eye for detail and, above all, the ability to write engaging and informative copy. If you're the kind of person who reads a lot of reviews before buying a product or booking a holiday, this is the job for you.What we're offering you

What you'll be doing
- Write reviews and bests, and other content where required to a high editorial standard
- Source and test appliances, working closely with our Head of Reviews and Senior Editor
- Work closely with the Kitchen Editor and audience dev on content strategy for the beat
- Regularly attend key industry events and confidential previews, while maintaining a list of key contacts and PR relationships
- Update and maintain product roundups
