Job Title: Architectural Technologist/Technician

Location: London

About the Company:
Our client is a leading company in sensory-led design with sustainability at its core. They have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced architectural technologist or technical architect to join their team in London. The successful candidate will work closely with property developer clients, business owners, and external architects to produce deliverables within RIBA stages 1-4 on projects in the commercial and hospitality sector.

The Role:
As an integral part of our client's team, you will be responsible for producing detailed sections, elevations, GA's and RCP's as well as detailed specification packages including bespoke joinery. You will also assist with all phases of the project including conceptual, schematic, design development and construction documents.

Additionally, you will research and source architectural and interior finishes such as fabrics, furniture, sanitaryware, ironmongery etc., produce schedules for specified items while assisting with design proposals; construction details; visualizations; schedules; working directly with clients & project managers onsite during delivery.

Requirements & Qualifications:
To qualify for this role applicants must possess:

• A minimum of 5 years' experience across all project phases in the commercial/hospitality sector
• A minimum of 5 years' experience in the role of interior architect or architectural technologist
• Bachelor’s degree (BA) Interior Architecture/Architecture or BSc Architectural Technologist
• Excellent knowledge of UK Building Regulations
