Chef de Partie

We’re looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join our existing team at Muse Restaurant & Bar, Uppermill, Saddleworth, OL3 6HS.

Offering Pan Asian small plates, alongside classic British dishes & Sushi, we are looking to further improve our team as we enter the busy period of the year. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years’ experience as a Chef de Partie, be a team player and have an interest in working alongside a fantastic kitchen team as we attempt to further improve our growing reputation over the next 12 months. An interest in Pan Asian dishes & Sushi would be a great asset, but is not essential.

Our opening hours are Tuesday - Sunday, serving food from 12 noon until 8:45pm Tuesday - Saturday and 12 noon until 7pm Sunday. We are also open Bank Holiday Mondays.

Please note that pay is weekly in arrears. We have both part time and full time positions available.

Part-time hours: 20 per week

Salary: £10.00-£12.00 per hour
