Position Overview & Specifications

Multi Trades Recruitment are looking for a Receptionist to work in the
CV34 area of Warwick

About the job:
  • Monday - Friday
  • 08:00-16:00

Responsibilities:
  • Reception & Switchboard cover; meeting/greeting visitors and staff in the reception area.
  • Creating access passes.
  • Adhering to access control measures.
  • Taking calls from external staff/customers/clients, as well as internal staff.
  • Directing calls to where they need to go and assisting with queries as best possible.
  • Email response and calendar/room booking actioning.

About you:
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a receptionist role.
  • Confident telephone manner.
  • Confident & competent computer skills.
  • Self-starter & able to work under their own initiative.
  • Presentable.
  • Reliable.
  • Hard-working.
