About the role

As part of Muc-Off’s design and marketing team, we are looking for a Graphic Designer to develop and grow with the business. Reporting to the Head of Design, the role requires you to follow through briefs from creative inception to production and execution. Briefs will be varied, and you’ll be working in a fast-paced environment across a mix of both digital and print outlets. These include the creation and artworking of packaging, product launches, campaigns, and general support of our trade, e-comm and marketing channels.

What we’re looking for

With a university degree or equivalent, and good knowledge of current design software, you’ll be able to apply solid thinking behind your design decisions, and quickly take ideas from creative concept to delivered solutions. You’ll be able to clearly communicate your thinking to your team and the business and share your influences and inspiration to encourage development of the brand. With a can-do attitude, and a personal passion for all things brand and design, you will be able to hit the ground running in this fast-paced team. You will be a well-organised individual who is able to prioritise and work through tasks and projects to get the job done. We are looking for someone who draws their inspiration from all creative disciplines, with an avid fandom of extreme sports thrown into the mix.

Must-haves

• University degree or equivalent
• Proven experience in a relevant role
• The ability to develop high quality creative, which aligns to the Muc-Off brand DNA
• Be able to develop and work on existing projects
• Experienced with packaging and producing print ready artwork
• Adept in developing assets for digital use across web and social platforms
• The ability to communicate your ideas and plans to your colleagues and wider team
• Strong attention to detail
• High proficiency and fluent knowledge of current applications, specifically Adobe Creative Suite
• Project organisational skills to keep on top of your workload
• Ability to liaise and collaborate with all internal channels
• Knowledge and understanding of bicycle and motorcycle sports (but not a deal breaker)
• Be a thoroughly nice person to work with - egos are left at the door

Salary: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
