37.5 hours Monday – Friday

The Brand Manager is a customer centric, highly commercial role that is fundamental to driving performance of our Greggs shops in a competitive multi-branded environment. You will be fully responsible for the brand growth plans, partnership relationships and the overall profit responsibility for this highly popular high street brand.

As the Greggs Brand Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Management of the brand which includes new shop openings, operating processes, and Moto brand plans.
  • Ensure the brand is fully compliant with processes, health and safety and food hygiene regulations and operate commercially in line with net growth and margin targets.
  • Responsible for reporting brand performance and the analysis of data for recommending operational efficiencies and best practice to the operations team and wider stakeholders.
  • Develop and present trading plans for the brand, identifying areas of growth and the key operational opportunities to stakeholders responsible in their delivery.
  • Be a best-in-class leader for the brand teams, to support the site operations teams to ensure the teams are fully trained to the relevant level required by the brands and all aspects of the brand is implemented to the standard expected.
  • Develop strong relationships with brand leadership team, the franchise teams, and suppliers; collaborate to make decisions and be a trusted partner.
  • A key account and central support contact for the brand projects, POS management and Key performance reporting to the wider stakeholders.

Our Greggs Brand Manager will need:

  • Commercially focused with ability to measure impact and results.
  • Ability to create effective relationships, influence and collaborate internally and externally at all organisational levels.
  • Understands and has knowledge of industry trends and direction; ability to learn and effectively cascade brand scorecards and Key performance reports.
  • Strong communicator that can engage confidently to all levels within the business, where necessary utilising negotiation and reasoning skills.
  • IT skills intermediate level: Word, Power Point, Excel spreadsheets
  • Ability to work within a small team yet establish and maintain lasting relationships throughout the wider Brand and Moto team.
  • Tenacity and resilience required to flourish in a high growth, pressurised and constantly evolving environment
