Our team of Customer Service Representatives is looking to add an individual who can help our firm grow and provide an efficient service to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for live chatting, social media chatting, probing for details about their issue and offering suggestions for solutions.

• Full time, part time, time shift working, weekend (Students are welcome)
• Basic Salary earn up to £27,000/year (Full time) + Year-end Bonus +KPI BONUS

Job Responsibility:

• Handles all members’ queries/complaints via Live Chat, social media, and other company communication tools base on online flatform.
• Perform telemarketing or call to establish good relationship with existing and new member
• Promotes products and provide quality services to achieve market dominance.
• Identify clients with specific needs and forward their concerns to the appropriate department, supervisor, or manager.
• Monitor members reactions and competitors’ activities through daily/weekly reports and submit to immediate superior.
• Essential of Digital Marketing, Social Media experience, good computer skill.

Computer skill: Typing in Madarin and English.

Language: Mother tongue Mandarin. English communication
