Immigration Paralegal

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced UK Immigration Paralegal to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal support to clients navigating the UK immigration process.

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting clients in completing and submitting visa and immigration applications

Reviewing and analyzing client documentation to ensure compliance with UK immigration laws and regulations

Communicating with clients to provide updates on their case and answering any questions they may have

Preparing and submitting legal briefs, statements, and other documents related to immigration cases

Conducting research and staying current on changes to UK immigration laws and regulations

Assisting attorneys with case preparation and court appearances

Qualifications:

Prior experience working as an immigration paralegal or in a similar role

Strong knowledge of UK immigration laws and regulations

Excellent attention to detail and ability to review and analyze complex documentation

Excellent communication and client-facing skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong organizational and time management skills
