Our Ideal Graduate:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in relevant field such as Mechanical Engineering or Business and/or Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification- Genuine commitment to pursue a career in a technical environment
- Demonstration of drive, tenacity and eagerness to succeed in their field
- Ability and willingness to work from our Service Centre in Leeds without restriction

The 2- year Programme Management rotational programme will take you on a journey through Mitsubishi Power; showcasing what we do and everything we have to offer; including working alongside some of the most talented people in our industry.
Powering Up Your Career:
Programme Management (PM) - become a first-class member of our PM team by applying what you learn about our philosophy, technology and day to day operations on real projects for real customers.
Field Service (FS) – take advantage of the opportunity to travel and spend time on site. Take part in live outages by observing our highly experienced workforce in action and gaining hands-on experience our technology.
Engineering (Eng) – become well acquainted with the technology by working alongside subject matter experts on engineering-related projects. Observe our highly skilled Engineers as they identify the root cause of and resolve technical issues for our customers.
Supply Chain (SC) – understand the supply chain process and appreciate how intrinsic this function is to Programme Management.

By rotating throughout the key business units, we will give you the tools to “move your career forward” in a career path that truly suits you. You will be mentored and supported throughout, regardless of whether you choose to go down the technical or the managerial path.
