Crime and Intelligence Analyst

Mitie is the UK's leading facilities management and professional services company and we are growing our M&S Security Operations Centre Crime & Intel Team. We are looking for experienced professionals' to join us on a permanent basis. So, if you have previous experience in the world of crime analysis with an acute attention to detail then we want to speak with you!

Where: Our Head Office – Northampton Business Park, Northampton, NN4 7SL

When: We're looking to get the right person in to the team ASAP

Hours: 40hrs per week working Monday to Friday (no nights or weekends)

Salary: £32,000 - £34,000 per annum

About the role:

  • Analysing data and intelligence to identify patterns in crimes happening in M&S Stores
  • Deploying security resources through an intelligence-led approach
  • Drawing inferences and conclusions based on client needs
  • End to end case management with the objective of securing criminal convictions and custodial sentences

About you:

  • Strong big-data analytical ability – an expert user of Microsoft Office products, in particular Excel
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise daily workload
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with a strong teamwork ethic
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced environment
  • An excellent communicator with experience in delivering oral and written presentations to senior leadership
