This role can be carried out from any of our office locations (Norway, Cyprus, UK).
About the job:
As the Product Manager for Digital Course Library, you'll be responsible for curating an extensive collection of courses that cater to the diverse interests and needs of our learners. You'll work alongside a team of creative professionals to design and implement new courses that will inspire and engage our learners. The main activities of the Product Manager include:
  • Library management - you will be the expert on our course libraries, for both internally created and externally provided digital learning.
  • Content mapping - you will understand what our customers are looking to achieve and map their requirements towards our products.
  • Understand the competitive landscape - you will be aware of what our competitors are offering and comprise more efficient and cost-effective solutions for the market
  • Collaborate with product marketing to both understand gaps in the market and deliver highly effective campaigns based on course libraries.
  • Maintain close partnerships with both our content creation team and third parties to ensure that Mintra has content that is exceeding the requirements of our customers and helping to drive their success by increasing end-user engagement.
  • Develop and maintain a roadmap for our content to support the retention of, and upsell to, existing customers alongside the acquisition of new customers.
  • Assess the ongoing effectiveness of the libraries and report to the business on recommended improvements and strategy.
  • Act as the primary thought leader for the course libraries, including speaking engagements, webinars and written communications.
  • Understand and support our sales channels; advise them on the problems our products solve for our buyers and end-users; working with product marketing to develop internal training tools and external collateral.
