Where you’ll work: As Domestic Assistant you’ll work along us in our continued efforts to make life better for our residents. You’ll receive training to competently fulfil your role as Domestic Assistant to support our residents to fulfil their retirement years in a simulating and homely environment here at The Cedars, located in Holmes Chapel.

What you’ll be doing:

• General cleaning around the home (e.g. floors, rooms, furniture etc...)
• Restock toiletries, soaps, towels etc. as and when required
• Adhere to the care home’s disposal of waste policy.
• Report immediately to the Home Manager or the person in charge, any accident incurred by a service user, colleague, self or another.
• Report to the Home Manager or the Handyperson any faulty appliances, damaged furniture/equipment of any potential hazards.
