Commis Chef

The Copthorne Hotel Newcastle is seeking a Commis Chef to join the Kitchen team

· Are you passionate about food?

· Do you have a positive, ‘can do’ attitude?

· Are you keen to get involved in all aspects of the Kitchen and learn?

• Food Preparation experience
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Flexibility to cover a variety of tasks in the kitchen including cleaning
• Ability to cover a variety of shifts, including weekends

About the Hotel

Situated on the iconic Newcastle Quayside overlooking the famous River Tyne, the Copthorne Hotel Newcastle is perfect for both the business and leisure traveller. The hotel provides modern guest rooms which combine standard, club and suite accommodation all of which have picturesque riverside views.

Dining facilities at the hotel include The Quay 7 Restaurant which offers an à la carte menu with a variety of seasonal dishes. The Quay 7 bar and outdoor terrace offer an extensive wine list and a selection of beers and spirits, along with a variety of hot beverages.
