Due to the rise in occupancy an exciting opportunity has arisen within the MiChild group, We are currently looking for enthusiastic and passionate Level 3 qualified Nursery Practitioner to work in the baby room of our beautiful nursery the village, Lee, Oldham.
If you are highly motivated, flexible, experienced in working in Early Years and you have a genuine interest in working with children, then this is the role for you!

Essential Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 in Early Years Childcare and Education or equivalent.
- Must be passionate and possess a high standard of physical, emotional, social and intellectual care for the children attending the setting.
- To have a can do attitude and be adaptable to the needs of the nursery and company.
- To have a firm and broad understanding of the EYFS Statutory requirements and how to implement these.
Key Responsibilities:
- To prioritise the safeguarding of all children, staff and families that have access to the setting.
- To promote a fun, high quality environment for all children in our care.
- Ensuring the Welfare and Learning development requirements of all children are met at all times.
- To confidently and respectfully work in partnership with parents and carers.
- Undertake a shared responsibility for the health and safety of the nursery.
- Ensure all children are clean, loved and happy at all times.
- Adhere to all Policies and Procedures set out by the company.
- Be fully aware of all emergency and security procedures relating to the nursery.
- Take pride in the delivery of exciting and age appropriate activities.
- To confidently carry out planning, observations and next steps for your key group.
- To ensure mealtimes is a time of pleasant social sharing.
- To fully comply with our Confidentiality policy.
- To fully understand and promote the company's Ethos and Core Values.
- To be a key player to ensure the nursery receives excellent outcomes in internal audits and those of external authorities such as Ofsted.
- To use initiative at all times.
