M&E Cost Consultant (Location flexible)

Does this sound like you?

• You are a mid-level or senior quantity surveying professional with a background in the Mechanical & Electrical (MEP) disciplines, ideally within a consulting environment
• You have strong feasibility and cost planning experience
• Sector experience within the built environment and exposure to both pre and post contract construction stages
• Passionate about sustainability and an interest in carbon foot-printing and management
• Familiarity with and commercial awareness of life cycle project costing
• You are keen to join us on a journey – this is a new discipline for us so the drive to influence and be part of a growing team is key as well as the ability to be self-motivated

What you'll be doing (and why you'll love it)

• You will be part of a well-established, national cost management team working on projects across the commercial, residential, hotels, mixed-use, higher education and leisure sectors, to name a few
• Working across a variety of projects at any one time, you will be involved in the provision of cost planning, procurement and post contract services for our clients within the Mechanical & Electrical discipline
• Our M&E service line is in its early stages of development, so you will have the chance to help carve out what this looks like for our clients - this means autonomy for you and very strong career prospects as you help us grow a team
• As this is a national role, you could be located in any one of our UK offices including; London, Brighton, Birmingham or Glasgow
