A day in the life of…

As Kitchen Porter, you will be a crucial part of the kitchen team, delivering excellent service to guests each day. Teamwork is everything! You will work closely with your team mates to ensure that together each service is smooth and efficient. You are engaged, move with purpose, and serve with enthusiasm, understand performance indicators and work hard to positively influence these whilst on shift.

Based in the Mercure Livingston Hotel, you will be part of a team of passionate people who know that being the best doesn’t always mean working around the clock.

Situated on the M8, just 35 minutes from Glasgow and 20 minutes from Edinburgh, the Mercure Livingston is ideally based to explore Scotland. It's also a great conference venue with a choice of 9 conference rooms and a great range of leisure facilities
