THE PHOTO STUDIO TEAM

Based in Here East, Stratford, the Photo Studio team is an integral part of the business and is responsible for the creation of the product page content on MATCHESFASHION. Made up of a 90+ strong team that is still growing, we have Stock Controllers, Production Co-Ordinators, Photographers, Retouchers, Videographers, Stylists, Size and Fit Specialists, Copywriters, and Translators who all ensure imagery and specifications are captured swiftly as products enter the business. If you join the team, you’ll have the opportunity to be involved in all aspects of the product lifecycle process. We don’t compromise on our high standards and champion two-way-door thinking that puts the customer at the forefront of everything we do. We see MATCHESFASHION as a global pioneer in the industry and we make it our aim to create inspiring content that underscores a luxury experience for our customers.

ROLE:

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented and experienced Menswear Online Stylist to join the Menswear styling team at MATCHESFASHION.COM. You will have knowledge of men’s luxury fashion, produce inspiring and innovative styling content that inspires our customer and accurately depicts the unique MATCHESFASHION.COM buy. You will work well within a team and be confident at communicating with different levels of stakeholders. You will be confident working in a fast-paced working environment, have a positive attitude, and confidently meet high-capacity deadlines.

ABOUT YOU:

• Be fashion and designer literate, with a thorough understanding of all designers, brands and seasonal trends.
• Work well as part of a team in a highly pressurised environment.
• Proven ability to work to stringent deadlines, with exceptional eye for detail.
• Good communication skills.
• Have strong work ethic be pro-active and able to show initiative.
• Previous styling experience for a luxury fashion retailer.
• Excellent time management skills.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Working closely with the Menswear Styling Manager and Senior Stylist to ensure all products are styled appropriately reflecting the MATCHESFASHION.com buy and fashion authority.
• Ensure all daily shoot/styling preparation is of the highest standard.
• Collaborate with the photographers and models to deliver all online brand imagery and videos that accurately depict the clothing and accessories.
• Meet all daily shoot targets and be measured both on volumes and content accuracy and quality.
• Co-ordinate re-shoots where required.
• Attend styling meetings and designer training sessions.
• Mentoring junior members of the styling team.
