Apprentice Food and Beverage Supervisor

POSITION SUMMARY

We are a leading hospitality organization looking for a Supervisory Apprentice to join our team. In this role, you will receive training and development to become a supervisory professional within the hospitality sector. You will work closely with experienced managers and supervisors, gaining practical experience and knowledge to enhance your career prospects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with experienced managers and supervisors to learn the skills required to lead and manage a team
• Learn about various aspects of the hospitality sector, including customer service, food and beverage service, and event management
• Assist in managing day-to-day operations of the business, including handling customer complaints, managing staff schedules, and ensuring high levels of hygiene and cleanliness
• Provide support and guidance to team members, assisting with their training and development
• Learn about financial management within the hospitality sector, including managing budgets and handling cash and payments
• Attend training courses and programs to develop your skills and knowledge through our apprenticeship provider.

Requirements:

• Some experience in, and a passion for, the hospitality sector with a desire to develop your career in supervision and management
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy

Job Type: Full-time - 40 hours 5 days

Salary: starts at £8.87 per hour and is dependent on age and experience.
