We are a brand renowned for serving the freshest food throughout the day from breakfast and brunch to our deli and salads, always using seasonal ingredients of the highest quality.

We are currently looking for a Chef for our kitchen who can provide a variety of high-quality brunch lunch and dinner items to our loyal customers with in the Riverstone Complex in Kensington and Fulham This position is suitable for someone who is passionate about food and wants an environment that will foster their growth and training in the industry. THE ROLE

• Preparing, making, and assembling various brunch, lunch and dinner items
• Working with the General Manager to create new items for the Restaurants menu
• Ensuring the kitchen area is always clean, tidy and organised to Health and Safety standards
• Assisting in monitoring the kitchen stock, replenishing when necessary
• Doing next day prep and adhering to daily cleaning rotas
• Serving creatively assembled dishes to customers
• Responsible for the effective running of the Kitchen
• With the Head Chef, Organise all food and baked goods for delivery
• Ensure that the kitchen equipment is in good conditions and meets all requirements

• Some experience working in a similar environment is essential

Salary:£32000-35000
