Waitress/Bar Staff

MAP Maison is on the search for a talented and well-presented waitress/waiter with 2-3 years previous experience. MAP Maison is a cocktail bar situated between Shoreditch and Dalston specialising in Japanese whisky, cocktails and small plates.

The right candidate is expected to have a genuine passion and enthusiasm to provide five-star service to all our guests. This position will suit a social person whose main drive is to provide an excellent and memorable experience for all guests. The management team will give you all tools necessary to constantly develop yourself but we are searching for a candidate that holds solid experience in this line of work, references will be required.

Your duties will include:

• Working closely with the team to learn the correct ways of service and how to improve the guest experience
• Running every service efficiently with great attention to detail and achieve guest satisfaction
• Ensuring every single guest is looked after and enjoying themselves
• Ensuring the correct set-up of the venue
• Dealing with guests regarding any enquiries
• Building a positive relationship with our regular guests
• Assisting with other tasks in the venue as required

Job Types: Full-time or Part-time, the company is flexible.

Salary: Salary to be discussed in more details upon interview but starting rate is £14-16/hour depending on experience.
