At Main Security Ltd we understand that we are the first and the last impression for you and your clients/premises and we believe that it is essential for our staff to be very well-kept, knowledgeable, and, fully trained to discharge their roles, therefore all of our security guards are fully vetted, trained, and meet the strict criteria of the Security Industry Authority (SIA).

We are currently looking to recruit a security officer to work at one of our jewellery boutiques based on Sloane Street, London. This is a full-time permanent role, providing a minimum of 50 hours per week.

Your main role is to ensure the safety of their customers, members of staff, and assets, whilst providing excellent customer service with a smile. We pride ourselves on delivering excellent customer service in a safe and secure environment.

We require an individual who is experienced, very well presented, professional, motivated, courteous, friendly, able to make decisions, organised and most importantly enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

We are offering a starting pay rate of £13.50 per hour (depending on experience, availability and flexibility), which will be reviewed after successfully passing the probation period of 6 months. In addition to this, you will receive a yearly bonus (performance-based), weekly payments, paid training, and a full uniform. As a bonus, the boutique is closed on Sundays.

Main Responsibilities include:

· Control and monitor the access to the boutique

· Respond to our client’s security requests

· Assist the members of staff with organising and loading/unloading the jewellery

· Ensure a safe and secure working environment

The ideal candidate should have:

· Minimum 3 years of security experience (within the jewellery department will be a bonus)

· A valid frontline SIA licence (Door Supervision)

· CLEAN DBS

· Unrestricted right to work on a full-time basis in the UK

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Very good customer service skills
