Head Receptionist

We are looking for an enthusiastic and welcoming Head Receptionist, to come and join our already fantastic team to provide high-end guest service. You would be the face of the business, getting to know all of your guests and driving sales by working with the management team to maximise table capacity. It is a key position if you are interested in progressing into management in the near future.

You will:

• Be working 35-45 hours per week
• Have prior experience as a Head Host, Head Receptionist or Maître d’ within a quality hospitality environment, and have a passion for hospitality
• Have a proven ability to lead, motivate and train a team, having a great work ethic
• Be well groomed and takes extra care in appearance
• Have exceptional service standards with attention to detail and the ability to work well in a high-pressure environment
• Have exceptional attention to detail, organisation and time-management skills
• Have working knowledge of Open Table & Bookatable
• Anticipate guests needs and go above and beyond them, creating repeat guests
