Position Overview & Specifications

We are hiring an exceptional Administrator with strong IT skills to join our team at LUNA & me in Beaminster, Dorset.

As the UK's highest-rated pet food brand, we prioritise customer satisfaction and aim to provide an exceptional experience.

In this computer-based role, you will be a valuable member of our Customer Experience Department, responsible for delivering efficient administrative support and ensuring consistency across processes. You’ll love this role if you have a passion for pets!

Responsibilities:

  • Handle administrative tasks accurately and efficiently using your excellent IT skills.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and customers through oral and written communication.
  • Prioritise tasks based on urgency and importance, utilising strong organisational abilities.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, working collaboratively with a small team.
  • Identify areas for improvement in established processes and contribute to department development.
  • Embrace technology, expand IT knowledge, and effectively use relevant tools and systems.
  • Demonstrate fast and accurate typing, spelling, grammar, and appropriate word choice in written communications.
  • Collect and analyse data to drive performance and improve customer experience using IT skills for data manipulation and interpretation.
  • Provide IT support and guidance to assist the team in resolving complex inquiries.
  • Ensure adherence to procedures and manage day-to-day administration across various work streams using IT systems to streamline processes.
  • Respond effectively to real-time changes in customer demand, adjusting workflows and resources using IT tools.
  • Handle escalated customer inquiries professionally and efficiently, providing timely resolutions using IT systems and tools.

  • Demonstrated experience in diverse administrative roles, showcasing adaptability and versatility.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with effective prioritisation abilities.
  • Excellent knowledge of computer technology methods and techniques, enabling efficient use of relevant tools and systems.
