Are you an outgoing cheerful person looking to work in a truly unqiue venue?

We're currently looking to recruit professional Food & Beverage Associates to help deliver high standards of customer service, as well as getting to know our guests have have some fun on shift. You will be working in our Food & Beverage department and working to the highest standards to make sure we exceed our customer’s expectations.

Extensive training is provided from day one as well as daily training sessions being held daily to ensure that the team is really on it.

Successful candidates will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. • Assisting in the Food & Beverage Departments to provide the highest possible standard of food and beverage service to our guests and visitors.
• Provide cover for staff during absence or illness, (sometimes at short notice).

• Assisting in the training of a team of staff to provide a high standard of service.
• Adhering to Health and Safety guidelines.
• Assisting in the operational running of the Restaurant.
• Setting up and breaking down for Service.

• The ideal candidate would have at least 1 year’s previous experience in a similar role and environment with good communication and customer service skills.

Who we are.

Lumley Castle Hotel is a 68 bedroom AA Four Star Hotel located 2 minutes from the A1 on the outskirts of Chester Le Street. Our busy Knights Restaurant provides the showcase for our kitchen team whilst we are also busy with weddings and events.
