  • Negotiate terms and conditions of credit facilities and services after consulting with all relevant parties and prepare proposals in order to seek approval for global credit exposure
  • Prepare and present responses to Requests for Proposal for new and existing business, liaising with other specialist providers as appropriate.
  • Ensure legal and other documentation is aligned with credit sanction, Bank and Regulatory policy in order to minimise risk
  • Prepare and monitor business plans for the portfolio in order to meet customer profitability requirements and business objectives
  • Undertake the annual renewal process for a designated customer base, liaising appropriately with the business partners, credit and risk
  • Monitor utilisation of facilities, taking care of excesses within your discretion, reporting other excess situations as appropriate.
  • Manage any changes to systems, processes and working practices to achieve operational improvement
  • Review management information and provide reports for senior management to monitor and control risk
Crucial skills:
  • Experience managing a portfolio of external client relationships
  • Excellent risk management skills
Desirable Skills:
  • Experience of interacting externally with high-calibre Private Markets clients such as Private Equity, Private Debt or Infrastructure funds.
  • Risk analysis of lending and hedging products preferably in relation to fund level financing.
So what can we offer you in return?
You'll be rewarded with excellent benefits, personal development and a career that’s enriching and full of opportunity!
As well as a competitive salary, you’ll receive:
  • A Discretionary Performance Share Award
  • Generous pension contribution
