Financial Sponsors is a cornerstone business unit within the broader Financial Institutions franchise, working with major private-markets clients headquartered in the UK and globally.

Our team is a market-leading fund financing franchise. We work with the world’s leading Private Equity, Private Debt and Infrastructure managers who invest in real world trading businesses and projects. Our relationships are deeply embedded and produce high deal-flow and lending and associated risk management opportunities.

As an associate in the team, you'll work closely with a designated >£20m income portfolio from day one, managing their relationship with Lloyds and working with them as a trusted partner. This will include working closely with clients and colleagues to originate, structure and execute products such as fund finance lending, hedging, capital markets issuance and transaction banking.

We're looking for someone with excellent drive, initiative, creativity, and resilience to be a strong and committed advocate to your clients and the Financial Sponsors team.
