Position Overview & Specifications

We have the opportunity for a Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) to join our Night Team as a Night Nurse Supervisor.



As the RVN Night Supervisor you will lead by example, provide support, motivation and leadership to our highly skilled Veterinary Nurse and Patient Care Assistant team whilst demonstrating a positive approach to patient management from all disciplines.

You will work alongside the Head of Nursing Services to ensure the night nurse team are provided with opportunities to upskill and develop whilst providing the team with line management.



You must have excellent communication skills, be enthusiastic, flexible and enjoy being busy. Having high levels of accuracy and attention to detail are essential, together with being committed to providing high standards of service.



To prepare you for this role you will receive a comprehensive 4-week induction programme and you will also have the opportunity to develop your existing leadership skills further.

Hours: 36 - 40 hours per week, mix of both day and night shifts.
