Position Overview & Specifications
Lincolnshire Community Heath Services are looking for experienced Registered Nursing Associates or soon to be Registered Nursing Associates to join their Community Nursing Teams.
The posts are available right across the county in the Gainsborough, Lincoln, Louth, Skegness & Mablethorpe, Horncastle & Spilsby, Boston, Spalding & Long Sutton, Bourne & Stamford, Sleaford and Grantham Integrated Community Teams.
The positions are available on a full or part time basis across a 7 day period. We cover the hours of 8:00am to 6:30pm predominantly using Early and Late shifts.
We offer a 12-week induction programme for our new starters to support them in settling into their new role and provide development opportunities. A preceptorship programme is also delivered for our newly qualified staff.
