Full Time Supervisor/ Shift leader position

available

An independent and new softplay cafe business located in Great Park town centre requiring front of house staff for full time or part time positions.

As it is a softplay cafe, candidates must be able to work well with children and make all customers feel special and welcome. As we are working closely with children, candidates will be subject to DBS checks.

Ideal candidates must be team players, energetic quick learners and positive. Must be keen to provide excellent customer service. B (or general hot drinks preparation) knowledge along with front of house/waiting experience is preferable.

You will be trained to work across our Café areas, as well as assisting in the running of parties and group bookings. A flexible approach to working is therefore of importance.

As a new business that is growing, there is potential for quick progression within the role if the chosen candidate is an asset to the business.

The softplay cafe is open 9am - 6pm Monday-Sunday. You would be expected to cover a range of shifts around these times.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and approachable person to assist with a range of duties. You should have a fun, flexible approach to the demands of a busy children's indoor play centre, helping create a relaxed and inviting environment for people from the local community bringing their children to enjoy the Lemon Tree Softplay Cafe experience.

This varied role will involve:

* Ensure that all telephone enquiries are dealt with politely and efficiently

* Ensure that all prospective clients are politely and efficiently guided through all the possibilities on site visits

* Preparing drinks and food

* Serving customers food and drinks

* Processing payments

* Coordinating birthday parties

* Ensure a clean & tidy environment including reception area, play equipment, toilets

* Any other duties required by the needs of the business and the professional fulfilment of the role.

Salary. £5.28-£10.42/hour

We will give full training but past experience in customer service is desirable as well as the ability to work in a fast pace environment.

Ideal Qualifications although not essential but must be willing to work towards obtaining:

· Emergency at Work First Aid
