Position Overview & Specifications
Trauma and Related Services have an exciting new opportunity for a band 7 nurse specialist in the Fragility fracture team. The post holder will work alongside the existing nurse specialist in the expansion of the service. The post holder will manage a case load of patients that have been admitted with hip fractures. The team will co-ordinate and assist in the management of the patients pathway throughout their journey from the initial admission to discharge.
